WatchClockwork

The Clockwork SMS Ordering Program

Effective Date: July 13, 2026

What is Clockwork?

Clockwork is a business-to-business ordering platform operated by KaminoAI LLC. Businesses use Clockwork to create, manage, and communicate purchase orders with their vendors and suppliers. Watch, this website, is the web interface where businesses sign in to use Clockwork.

Who sends messages, and who receives them?

Messages are sent by Clockwork on behalf of businesses using the platform. Recipients are those businesses' own vendors and suppliers — parties with an existing business relationship with the sender who have expressly opted in to receive order communications by text.

What kinds of messages are sent?

Only transactional, order-related messages: new order requests, order confirmations, and order status updates. Clockwork never sends marketing or promotional content through this program. Examples:

  • "Clockwork on behalf of [Business Name]: New order request #[order] — [qty] x [item], needed by [date]. Reply YES to confirm. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
  • "Clockwork on behalf of [Business Name]: Order #[order] confirmed. Expected delivery: [date]. Reply HELP for help, STOP to unsubscribe."

How is consent collected?

Consent is collected in two steps. First, before any text is sent, the business obtains the vendor's prior express consent to receive order-related messages from that business through Clockwork. Businesses obtain this consent directly from vendors with whom they already have a working relationship — for example, the vendor agrees to receive order texts as part of setting up their supplier relationship — and the business records who consented, along with when and how consent was obtained. Consent is never a condition of any purchase or service, and it is collected and recorded separately for each business.

Second, only after that consent is recorded does Clockwork send a single confirmation message that identifies both the business and Clockwork and describes the order-related program, the message frequency, the message-and-data-rates disclosure, and how to get help or opt out. The vendor must reply YES to that confirmation before any recurring order-related messages begin. This confirmation message is not used to request consent from anyone who has not already consented. A step-by-step illustration of the full workflow is available here.

Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with order activity between a business and its vendors. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help

Vendors can reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately, or HELP for assistance. Questions can also be sent to dillon.shirley4@gmail.com.
